Admission Procedure

  • Notification of Admission: Before the beginning of each admission cycle, the University will release a statement on admissions. This will be released to the public through the university website, bulletin boards, newspapers, and other media sources.
  • Application Process: Be sure to deliver the application before the deadline mentioned in the notification. There are, however, instances where students are awaiting the results of their qualifying examinations, and hence, they can apply for provisional admission.
  • Provisional Admission: All the candidates who will be waiting for their results will be given provisional admission. Before completing the application process, the candidate must also produce his/her mark sheet for previous years within the prescribed time frame. If you receive the provisional admission, you will have one month to submit further your final mark sheet. Providing false information or failing to produce the mark sheet within the stipulated time will lead to the cancellation of provisional admission.
  • RUCET Admissions: The Raisoni University Common Entrance Test (RUCET) is a single entrance exam through which you can secure admission across our four universities: G H Raisoni University, Saikheda G H Raisoni University, Amravati G H Raisoni International Skill Tech University, Pune G H Raisoni Skill Tech University, Nagpur
  • Shortlisting and Notification: A list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the university's website and on the notice board after the application process is closed. The shortlisted candidates will also be communicated directly with their admission status.
  • Final Admission Confirmation: As a final step to the admission process, provide all required paperwork and other charges as required by the respective institutions. If you successfully complete the submission of your application, you will be admitted to an enrollment number by the University.

  • The prescribed fee is not enclosed.
  • The application form lacks the required signatures of the candidate and their parents/guardians, if applicable.
  • Supporting documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe.
  • Admission Guidelines: The specific guidelines for the admission process will be those provided by the University, and they may, from time to time, be changed by the University management.
