On the 19th of December 2023, the Training and Placement Cell of the School of Management Studies at G. H. Raisoni University, Amravati, organized an insightful industrial visit to two prominent companies in Nagpur—Parle Agro Pvt Ltd and Haldiram Internationals Pvt Ltd.
Entrepreneurship is risky but nothing was easy, risk management and decision making ability imbibed at School of Management Studies enabled me to start my own venture Mauli Daily Needs Bakery Dairy along with one sub venture TEA & COFFEE, rural entrepreneurship is a reality for me, this platonic theoretical concept was a reality because my teachers believed in me and I believed in them.

I always thought of doing a corporate job as that was a safe haven, regular uninterrupted income flow, 9 to 5 job, but being a Raisonian sky was the limit for me. School of Management Studies wasn't grooming students just for corporate white collar jobs, it was intilling entrepreneurial ability in students but I was the lucky one to recognise this and I ventured out to form Shiv Enterprises.

Remotely interested in family business, I always wanted to create my own niche by getting employed in top MNC's disregarding my family interests. Being at Raisoni provided me a perspective to enhance and further my family business. I feel grateful to the School of Management Studies for reinforcing my belief system and now I am empowered to innovate and upscale my family legacy.

I enrolled with an MBA for the sole purpose of polishing my entrepreneurial abilities as I was clear about my future prospects from the very beginning. School of Management Studies , provided me with networking opportunities to know the best people in the industry. I optimally utilised the magnitude of Raisoni Group to my advantage by actively partaking in every conference and business conclaves organised by the University, which was a blessing to connect with eminent business personalities and getting mentored by them.

Shouldering the responsibility of family business and including harsh discipline for doing tedious work, this belief system was assimilated by me being a student of School of Management Studies at G H Raisoni University, Amravati. It readied me for 10 to 10 , as no one said entrepreneurship would be a cake walk and not a 24x7 job. Grateful to the faculties for fostering values of strong work ethic amongst students.
